Filing a Complaint

If you experience misconduct, abuse, or safety concerns, report it in writing as soon as possible with clear details (who, what, when, where) and any evidence. Use your provincial association’s official process—many offer online or third-party reporting—and follow up professionally if needed. Most associations require reports within 10 to 60 days, or within 48 hours for serious incidents like assault.
